Job Summary
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring flawless execution, profit growth, and enhanced guest satisfaction.
- Cultivate a teaching and learning environment within the kitchen.
- Oversee P&L, food costs, and inventory management.
- Build strong relationships with management, colleagues, and vendors, demonstrating leadership and integrity while fostering team success.
- Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
- Maintain expertise in food specifications and execution standards.
Sous Chef Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience as a Sous Chef.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to follow-through.
- Experience in high-volume culinary environments.
- Hotel or resort experience is preferred but not mandatory.
