Our current need is for a General Manager to oversee operations for a strong, fast-growing Catering Company
Catering General Manager Responsibilities:
- The General Manager collaborates with the Executive Team in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
- The GM maintains control of diverse business operations, sales, marketing, and internal & external client experience. Designs, innovates, and oversees company objectives, policies, and the executive and management teams.
- Translates strategy into actionable goals for performance.
- Is responsible for budgeted growth and profitability of the organization.
- The goal of the General Manager position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth while maintaining alignment with company culture and strategy.
- The Director of Operations is a balance of entrepreneur, savvy business operator, and thoughtful innovator.
Catering General Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related industry is a big plus!
- Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive and progressive experience within the hospitality industry
- Minimum of 5 years of off-premise catering experience
- Executive-level leadership experience to include development of teams and strategic plans for both operations and new business development
- Previous experience executing business expansion plans to include new products, services, and markets
- Ability to demonstrate strong affinity for organization's Core Values
- Strong computer skills that include proficiency with MS Office applications
