Accountant Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary between $65k-$75k
• Health, dental, and vision insurance

Accountant Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a closely related discipline
• At least three years of experience
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels of an organization

Accountant Responsibilities:

• Reconcile monthly bank statements and make adjustments as necessary
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Prepare financial statements and other required reporting and make month-end adjustments
• Strong acumen around all GAAP principles and accounting-related functions such as A/P, A/R, GL, and payroll processing
• Ability to recognize when process improvements are needed, make recommendations, and support those change initiatives
