Requirements for Maintenance Manager

• Solution focused mindset
• Hands-on - this is not a desk job
• Ability to follow a budget, and make financially sound decisions independently
• Passionate about construction and maintenance with a positive outlook
• Ability to write your own schedule that fits the needs of the business
• Great communication, both verbally and written
• Organized, experience using spreadsheets and creating preventative maintenance programs
• Preferred to have experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchens
• Preferred to have a maintenance background in hospitality
