Electrical Engineering Manager Requirements:

• 3 + years of strong leadership experience with a proven history of successful management and supervisory roles
• Experience designing electrical controls and power systems in compliance with contracts and applicable codes
• History of developing design testing and process software
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software like Etap and MS Project
• Proficiency in computer-based HMI software such as Rockwell FactoryTalk View, Wonderware InTouch, and Ignition
• Experience in design, fieldwork, startups, and troubleshooting in the process industry, power distribution, cogeneration, and PLC-based control systems
• PE license in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Experience managing domestic and international projects

Electrical Engineering Manager Responsibilities:

• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure project completion by set deadlines. This includes mechanical, process, and piping engineering, electrical fabrication shop, field installation, and customer service group
• Represent the company in customer meetings and interface with consultants, vendors, and local licensing authorities
• Provide on-site assistance during startup phases of company installations, as required
• Design electrical control systems and power solutions per contractual agreements, codes, and industry standards
• Create and test process software for a range of systems
• Supervise operations in our UL508A electrical panel production facility
• Deliver support to internal teams and manage department staffing levels to meet current and anticipated needs
• Spearhead employee training initiatives to boost efficiency and quality
