General Manager Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day operations
• Dealing with guests and customers
• Leading staff members
• Writing schedules
• Helping conduct inventories
• Helping maintain a positive work culture

General Manager Qualifications:

• Willing and flexible to work all shifts
• Min 3 years experience as a QSR General Manager with Drive-Thru
• working knowledge of the budget and P&L
• Must be able to prioritize tasks, delegate, and work side by side with your team
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!

General Manager Compensation:

• Salary: $68,000 with bonus (up to an additional $20,000)
• 75% Employer Paid Health Insurance (Single/Family)
• Two Weeks PTO Year 1-2
• Three Weeks PTO Year 3-4
• Four Week PTO Year 5 PLUS Four Week Sabbatical
