Job Summary

A leading fundraising organization seeks a polished, experienced Executive Business Administrator to support the CEO and the Chief of Staff. In this role, you'll also interact with all areas of the organization including the Board of Directors and Program Administrators.


Executive Non Profit Business Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Support CEO with correspondence, holiday mailings, and other personal mailings and document management
  • Provide Support for Board of Directors including meeting minutes, scheduling reminders, preparation of board meeting packets and main point of contact
  • Coordination and organization of all leadership meetings
  • Preparation of reports from database as needed
  • Support Chief of Staff including missions to Israel, conferences, special projects, management of calendar and running data reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Executive Non Profit Business Administrator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably within a non-profit
  • Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Raisers Edge, Asana, and Internet) and be familiar with working with donor database programs and presentation software
  • Must be able to work independently, multitask, and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and high accuracy and organization
  • Adaptable personality to support multiple area Executives and offer a good sense of humor to deal with multiple priorities.
