Assistant Director of Finance Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance
• Strong organizational & leadership skills
• Previous experience in a hospitality-related environment
• Strong tenures and progressive experience

Assistant Director of Finance Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting and financial operations of a large resort property
• Prepare monthly financial statements, budget variance reports, and forecasting models
• Support the implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance
• Cross-collaboration with all departments to meet financial goals and complete monthly reporting
