In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our mechanical systems and components, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrity management programs, conduct assessments, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Sr. Mechanical Engineer Requirements:

• BA Mechanical Engineering and 10+years of experience with heavy manufacturing
• Fantastic problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and teamwork ability
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) HUGE PLUS
• Expert knowledge of API 510, API 570, API 620, API 653, mechanical systems, failure systems, and inspection techniques

Sr. Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:

• Inspect, assess, and evaluate mechanical systems
• Analysis and reporting on the condition and performance of equipment
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
• Spearhead lead root cause analysis for failures and recommend corrections
• Training, support, and development of team members
• Manage reliability data, work order failure code analysis, maintenance of the asset hierarchy, bills of materials, and technical library
