Growing international manufacturing facility in Northern Charlotte suburb seeks a CNC Production Manager to lead our high-performance, custom high performance plastics machine shop. Ideal candidates have a mix of strong technical expertise (programming, AutoCAD, ERP), production management (Quality/Efficiency/supervision), and business acumen.

CNC Production Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of CNC manufacturing experience with several years of supervision or management of 10-20
• Associates Degree in a technical field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in lean principles, Lean/Six Sigma, ISO, Quality Assurance preferred
