Our client is seeking a highly-qualified Director of Banquet Operations for their award-winning boutique property in small-town Nebraska. The ideal candidate has recent and significant experience as a Banquet Event Manager at a high-volume, upscale resort and a passion to effectively lead teams while demonstrating high integrity at all times.

Director of Banquet Operations Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Plan, oversee, and coordinate all property events including ordering rentals, staffing, pre-event setup, and tear down
- Work side-by-side with the front-line team to consistently deliver world-class service
- Develop and maintain Banquet department SOPs
- Must bring at least 3-5 years of recent Banquet Manager operations experience at an upscale resort
- Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong aptitude for technology including experience with Square and Paycor
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing, able to drive company vehicles
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability and desire to relocate to Nebraska
