Looking for a Passionate and Dedicated Assisted Living Director (RN) for our Assisted Living and Memory Care Client located in Beautiful Salt Lake City with its backdrop being the Wasatch Mountain Range overlooking the entire Salt Lake Valley. Their Beautiful building currently runs at 90% capacity with minimal Agency Staff.

Assisted Living Director Responsibilities:

•  Hire, evaluate, coordinate, motivate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise department staff in accordance with company policy. 
•  Liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations, and other health-related service agencies to provide care to the residents. 
•  Make recommendations to the Executive Director with respect to staff evaluations, merit pay increases, reprimands, disciplinary actions, and terminations. 

Assisted Living Director Requirements

• Utah RN License or Nurse Compact License
• Prefer 2 years of Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living Experience
• Prefer 1-year of Leadership experience

Assisted Living DirectorCompensation and Benefits:

• Salary $90-110,000 Depending on Experience
• Healthcare, Dental, STD, AD&D, 401K
