PM Requisites:

·       Degree or 10+ years’ experience is preferred but will consider by case

·       Able to speak to multiple project management and organization’

·       Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend)

·       Strong leadership, communication and problem resolution skills

 

What You’ll Do:

·       Manage and guide construction process from site prep to turn-over

·       Liaison with architects, engineers and subs to complete timely projects within budget

·       Train and coach team to achieve objectives without compromising standards

·       Monitor and communicate project milestones to all stakeholders and leaders

·       Control labor, material and equipment costs

·       Anticipate obstacles and proactively address them to mitigate delays
