Senior Sous Chef Benefits:
Base salary ranges between $75,000.00 - $80,000.00

Senior Sous Chef Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in kitchen management
- Exceptional team building, and communication skills
- Experience in either a private club, full-service hotel, or restaurant environment
- Proficient in hiring, training, scheduling, and creating menus on a seasonal basis
- Strong knowledge of current food trends and cooking methods
- Helpful and willing to go the extra mile
Senior Sous Chef Expectations:
- Responsible for the highest level of food quality and presentation
- Good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
- Ability to work shoulder to shoulder with the team
- Must have excellent time-management skills and be a critical thinker
