Maine QSR group is searching for a District Manager. This position will focus on building sales, hiring, training and maintaining a team, and guest service/drive times. 

·        Base salary $80-$87K doe

·        Bonus Program - pay out monthly

·        Car/truck allowance $450/mo

·        Cell and company notebook provided

District Manager Responsibilities:

·        Profit and Loss of the region

·        Adherence to local and state health codes

·        Accountability for team building and retention

·        Drive time results

·        Community/Neighborhood engagement

District Manager Qualifications:

·        3 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management.

·        Proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets.

·        Understanding P&L and how to drive KPIs

·        Experience in training and developing team members.

·        Strong leadership and team-building results.

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Ability to recognize financial data and develop actionable plans.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
