Compliance Manager Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of hands-on lending compliance experience in a banking environment
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in business
• Has lead the development and enforcement of lending compliance policies and procedures
• Experience ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, such as Flood Insurance, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Truth-in-Lending Act, and more
• Skilled at conducting internal compliance reviews to meet and exceed regulatory standards
