Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan and manage corporate meetings and events. The role involves overseeing logistics such as rooming lists, catering, and transportation in collaboration with hotels. Travel is required.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define event goals and manage logistics.
• Coordinate with hotels for room blocks, rates, and catering.
• Organize transportation and other event services.
• Serve as the main contact during events, ensuring smooth execution.
• Collect post-event feedback and prepare reports.
• Travel 30%-40%

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of corporate event planning experience.
• Strong skills in hotel logistics, catering, and transportation management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience with event management software; CMP certification is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $65K-$70K
• 401(k), health insurance, PTO
• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
