General Manager Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a large, diverse management team in a fun, vibrant setting

- Develop and implement creative strategies to drive sales and grow the business

- Foster a culture where guests and team members alike enjoy a memorable experience

General Manager Must-Have Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in a General Manager, Area Manager, or District Manager role within the hospitality industry

- Proven track record in overseeing multi-revenue concepts (preferred)

- Experience managing $5+ million in annual sales volume

- Strong leadership abilities with a positive, motivating attitude

- Stable work history with demonstrated commitment to previous roles (no job hoppers)
