Hotel Executive Chef Requirements: 

• 8+ years as a Hotel Property Executive Chef w/multiple outlets and large plated events
• Hands-on leadership style
• Problem-solver, and highly organized
• Proficient in managing P&L for labor and food costs
• Skilled in motivating and leading and developing one's team 
• Effective and clear verbal communication skills 

Hotel Executive Chef Responsibilities: 

• Manage planning, preparation, and execution for all banquet events
• Ensure all Food and Beverage outlets on the property are performing to full potential
• Mentor and develop staff through training and coaching
• Deliver feedback and hold the team accountable to all standards
• Ensure kitchens are staffed accordingly, hire and train when needed
• Responsible for food product procurement  
• Comply with all purchasing programs 
• Ensure all equipment is functioning in proper order
• Collaborate with GM and Accounting for creating Budgets
• Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations
