We are looking for a motivated Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in insurance defense, including case analysis, litigation strategy, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Handle all aspects of insurance defense cases, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.

- Conduct legal research and draft motions and briefs.

- Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.

**Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

- Licensed to practice law in Georgia.

- 3-4 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
