Reliability Engineer Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10-20 years of experience in reliability engineering within a heavy manufacturing environment
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Hands-on leadership experience

Reliability Engineer Responsibilities

• Maintain and create reliability testing protocols and documentation
• Conduct root cause analysis on failures and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test reliability
• Monitor and report on key reliability metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Provide training and technical support to manufacturing teams
• Ensure that Predictive Maintenance technologies (oil analysis, vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic, electric motor testing, etc.) are correctly applied to the manufacturing assets
