Job Summary
We are a premier Steakhouse Concept seeking a talented Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with the culinary team, ensuring daily tasks are executed flawlessly and maintaining high standards across the board. You will also manage labor and food costs, playing a key role in the financial success of the kitchen. We're looking for a dynamic leader with excellent people skills, a passion for developing others, strong organizational abilities, and a true love for exceptional cuisine.
Sous Chef Requirements:
- Train, supervise, and develop kitchen staff
- Effectively run the BOH operation, while coaching and recognizing stellar performance
- Ensure recipes are consistent and presentation is of the highest of quality
- Accurate and timely maintenance of all required reporting, food purchasing, and budget tools
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an upscale or steakhouse environment
