Assistant General Manager Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Possesses a strong understanding of outstanding service and the hospitality culture
  • Capable of leading a team to consistently deliver high-quality service at every position
  • Demonstrates leadership through proactive, positive behavior and fosters a strong company culture
  • Shows respect and professionalism toward both members and team members
  • Exhibits a genuine passion for food, beverages, service, and hospitality
  • At least 8 years of experience in fine dining, full-service restaurants, events, and/or private clubs, with a background as a General Manager

Assistant General Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews, hire staff, and ensure uniformity in service
  • Implement and manage the team’s training program
  • Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of all service and storage areas
  • Serve as the liaison among all outlets on-site
  • Act as the main point of contact for members
  • Foster positive relationships with both members and the team
