Our client is seeking an experienced senior mechanical engineerin the South of the Greater Nashville area. Oversee a small staff of engineers in a state-of-the-art facility with tremendous growth opportunities.

Sr Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:

• Lead Design and Drawing Reviews Heavy machinery, preferably food processing equipment
• Lead mentor and develop more junior Mechanical Engineers and CAD Designers
• Occasional travel (10%) to client sites for support and troubleshooting
• Deliver presentations to cross-functional teams and management

Sr Mechanical Engineer Requirements:

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering minimum, Masters preferred
• minimum of 10+ years of experience with M.S., or 12+ with B.S. plus leadership experience
• 3D CAD modeling/drawing with AutoDesk Inventor preferred
• Strong communication skills - including advanced technical writing
