Pastry Chef

Farm-to-table restaurant located in a luxury mountain resort in remote Colorado is on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to elevate our dessert offerings. In this role, you will create a diverse array of delectable desserts and baked goods that celebrate the local flavors and embody our commitment to fresh, seasonal ingredients. Collaborating closely with our Executive Chef, you’ll have the opportunity to design innovative pastries that will delight our guests and enhance their dining experience. Pastry Chef Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or in a similar high-quality restaurant role.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong creativity and passion for pastry arts and seasonal ingredients.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a diverse selection of breakfast pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to craft seasonal dessert menus.
- Source and select high-quality, local ingredients for all pastry creations.
- Ensure all desserts meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
