General Manager Requirements;

- 1+ Years of General Manager experience or 3+ years of AGM experience at a fast casual or full-service restaurant.

- Must be proficient with P&Ls and other financial tools

- Budgeting and goal setting for the restaurant

- Be able to build and lead a strong team of operators

This is a Hands-on role - our General Managers work side by side with the team.
