Job Summary
The Director of Operations must be a polished leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. He/she must possess sharp business acumen and be able to see the whole picture. The Director of Operations will work closely with the above restaurant ownership team to drive operational and financial excellence throughout the restaurant group. The Director of Operations will be able to work hand in hand in both the FOH and BOH on any given day, so candidates must be confident working in all areas of the restaurant.

Director of Operations Job Qualifications:
- Must possess the passion to lead a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Polished Leader with the ability to work hand in hand with the Ownership and the Team
- 5+ years in Casual or Fast-Casual Dining - this is a fun neighborhood restaurant concept
- Preference of no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
- Master in presenting and Managing a P&L, Scheduling, and Ordering/Inventory
- A clear understanding of Human Resources and Staffing
