Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement food safety, QA, compliance, HACCP, SQF, and other related programs
  • Oversee day-to-day QA and compliance operations in the plant
  • Inspire and lead production staff, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Create and conduct training sessions on safety, compliance, and quality
  • Ensure that customers receive safe, high-quality meat products
  • Identify and address product or process failures and take corrective actions

Qualifications:

  • ISO or equivalent certification
  • Proficient in Excel, IIS, and IIA
  • 3+ years of experience in QA and compliance management within meat processing
  • Strong understanding of meat processing regulations, safety, and quality standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
