Responsibilities for the Paralegal:

• Conduct detailed research when needed
• Draft and prepare legal documents
• Organize and manage files, maintaining calendars and tracking important deadlines
• Act as a liaison between ownership and clients
• Scheduling meetings, and often providing updates
• Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling, and managing correspondence related to legal matters.

Qualifications for the Paralegal:

• High School Diploma
• Excellent writing skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• 2-3 years experience as a paralegal
• Hospitality knowledge and experience is a plus
