What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of Fast food/ Fast casual GM experience (must have drive-thru experience)
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations with full P&L responsibility
• Familiarity with Restaurant Operating Systems, Back of House systems, and Point of Sale systems (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and influence teams at all levels
• Ability to implement and execute processes aligned with strategic objectives
• Expertise in budgeting and financial management
• Holds teams accountable through operational audits and timely corrective actions
• Passionate about Food Safety standards and ensures compliance on every visit
• Ensures General Managers maintain the highest standards for facilities, equipment, and tools
