Job Summary
A Construction Program Manager is needed to oversee Federal projects in the DMV area. This is a non-profit organization that partners with federal agencies to to make the community a better place. If you want to work for a company that values employees and promotes growth, please apply!
Construction Program Manager Qualifications:
- 10+ years in project/program management for federal programs (EPA,FEMA/HUD) minimum of $3-5M budget
- Registered Professional Engineer or Registered Architectural Engineer, DC preferred
- Experience with business development, FAR, MS Project and/or Smartsheet experience
- Current IIC Commercial Building Inspector Certificate(Commercial Combination Inspector preferred)
- Ability to acquire standard government pass and/or access requirements for Federal installations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
Construction Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all project phases ensuring timely deliverables, engineering analyses, quality assurance, report submissions, report updates directly to the client, and manage all team partners, subcontractors, and project assistants
- Provide strategic leadership to oversee technical, operational, financial, and managerial aspects
- Provide and complete reports and documentation through the project life cycle to the clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Propose improvements to enhance project quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency
- Contribute to business development, establish key performance indicators, and leverage strategic partnerships to enhance the client relationship
- Travel between Ashburn, VA and Washington, DC locations
