What You’ll Do:

• Lead our nursing staff in providing top-tier care to patients while supporting our medical team
• Ensure every nurse is properly certified and delivering care that meets or exceeds state, federal, and organizational standards
• Create and update policies to continually improve patient care quality
• Implement cutting-edge quality improvement programs to keep us at the top of the game
• Ensure all patient care plans are fully documented to meet all requirements

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required)
• Valid RN license
• 4+ years of nursing supervisory experience, specifically in Long Term Care
• In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal healthcare laws
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
