Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Qualify in-bound leads
- Cold-call potential customers
- Manage sales team

Sales Manager Perks:
- 4 day work week, Monday - Thursday
- Base compensation of $52k
- Bonus - earn up to $150k base plus bonus on average
- Flexible PTO
- Hybrid role - 80% of time spent in-office & 20% of time spent in the field
