The ideal candidate will be professional, courteous, and capable of managing multiple tasks while excelling in time management, computer proficiency, and communication.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in a multi-client environment (required)
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
• Handle daily client bookkeeping (AP, AR, sales, disbursements)
• Process payroll based on client schedules
• File and process client sales tax returns, 401K, and other compliance filings
• Reconcile bank, vendor, and credit card statements monthly
• Complete monthly close and adjusting entries
• Use accountability tools like Monday.com and QBO Books Review
• Ensure quality control on your work
• Communicate with clients for needed documents and information
• Track time spent on client tasks and stay within budget
