Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesperson for a leading large equipment sales and service company. Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within the assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell new, used, and rental construction and mining machinery.
  • Collaborate with the parts and service department to ensure comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct territory research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting and documentation.
  • · Participate in product training and stay updated on the latest equipment and industry advancements.

Sales Requirements:

  • Proven experience in equipment sales or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Highly organized and energetic, with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating across departments.
  • Proficient in using computers and software applications (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
  • · Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory
