Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager Responsibilities:

  • Designs food safety, QA, compliance, HAACP, SQF and other programs
  • Manage day-to-day Q&A and compliance of the meat processing plant
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Design and execute training programs on quality, safety and compliance
  • Ensure that a wholesome and food-safe product is supplied to customers
  • Identify and investigate product and/or process failures and take corrective actions

Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager Qualifications:

  • ISO or similar certification
  • Advanced Excel user, IIS and IIA
  • 3+ years of experience in meat processing QA & compliance management
  • In-depth knowledge of meat processing regulations, safety standards, and quality control
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English is a must
