This would be a relocation to Columbia, SC with assistance.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations as a General Manager for this busy, upscale, very polished concept
• Hire, train, and develop staff
• Take disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensure consistent quality of food, drinks, and overall guest experience as the Assistant General Manager

General Manager Requirements:

• Winning personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• At least 5 years GM experience in casual fine dining
• Strong motivation and great work ethic
• Great tenure - demonstrated progress at prior jobs
