• 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager in a similar casual or fast-casual brand
• Continued career progression and track record for producing results
• Must be comfortable in FOH and BOH operations, this is a hands-on flexible management role, you will cook some days, you will be guest-facing other days, often times both in any given shift
