District Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of restaurant operations experience; drive-thru experience preferred
• Proven track record and success managing multiple units/stores with P&L responsibility
• Proficiency in Restaurant Operating, Back of House, and Point of Sales systems preferred
• Advanced ability to communicate, influence, and coach several levels of staff
• Advanced ability to implement and execute processes given strategic direction
• Advanced understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures
• Holds team accountable to operations audits and ensures deviations are corrected timely
• Teaches and enforces Food Safety behaviors and processes with high integrity every visit
• Holds General Managers accountable to a properly maintained facility, equipment, and tools
