What You Bring:

• 1-3 years of recent management experience in upscale, full-service dining
• Ideally experienced in sophisticated casual dining
• Knowledgeable in food handling compliance and safety
• Hands-on approach with the ability to multitask in a high-energy atmosphere
• A team-focused leadership style that builds trust and collaboration
• Solid knowledge of wine and spirits (we love a good sommelier in the making!)
