Director of Food & Beverage Benefits and Responsibilities:

Director of Food & Beverage Qualifications:

• 3+ years of upscale Restaurant/ hotel/resort food and beverage leadership.
• Organized / Good time management skills, collaborating with multiple team members, outlets, and departments
• Guest focused, strong knowledge of Restaurant and Beverage standards, restaurant etiquette, hands on approach, and respectful with colleagues
• Excellent written and communication skills and strong attention to detail
