Job Summary

Director Level Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in a technical field required; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of management experience in customer service with mechanical equipment or technical procurement & parts
  • Experience with capital equipment, parts sales, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and inventory control (mandatory)
  • Track record of empowering companies to maximize productivity, increase efficiency, and optimize quality with solutions tailored to the client
  • Proven people leadership skills


Director Level Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the parts sales business
  • Manage and motivate the logistics, forecast supervision, and call center teams to meet department goals
  • Implement system enhancements to reduce costs and improve customer service
  • Train and develop customer service parts staff, ensuring quality and consistency across the organization
  • Monitor customer base, recommend strategies for growth, and resolve departmental issues
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and exceeding financial goals
  • Maintain superior customer contact and develop marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Travel to customer sites and trade shows (up to 20%)
