This would be a relocation to Columbia, SC with assistance.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

• 5+ Years experience in a similar role
• Some scratch kitchen experience is helpful
• Ideal background is High volume chefs with a background in casual fine dining, using fresh local ingredients
• Positive Leader and team player
• Organization and culinary skills to maximize efficiency

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Ensures team members produce a high-quality product and adhere to all food-safety guidelines
• Coaching team members and promoting a positive work environment
• Show creativity for an ever-evolving menu
• Hands-on leadership, operations-driven, and passionate
• Supports the kitchen staff and assists in the day-to-day operations of all areas of the kitchen as this is a hands-on position
