Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• 3 years of upscale-casual Restaurant Manager experience
• General business acumen
• Ability to lead and delegate in a high-volume environment
• Strong beverage program knowledge
• 5-7 million in annual revenue

Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for team performance and overall morale
• Interviewing and hiring new team members
• Ensure brand standards and quality are understood and carried out
• Coach, mentor, and train staff
• Strong communication with the GM regarding sales and key issues
