We are seeking a motivated and passionate Junior Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Junior Sushi Chef, you will assist in preparing sushi dishes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Junior Sushi Chef Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of sushi dishes according to recipes and standards
• Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area
• Help monitor and manage inventory of sushi ingredients and supplies
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to support smooth food service operations
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Learn and incorporate new techniques from senior chefs and industry trends

Junior Sushi Chef Qualifications:

• Some experience in sushi preparation or culinary experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of sushi ingredients and preparation techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Culinary school training or sushi-related certification is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Japanese language proficiency is a plus, but not required
