Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee the employee performance review process
• Collaborate with the General Manager on employee disciplinary actions and terminations
• Ensure new hires receive thorough training on service standards and expectations
• Implement and uphold operating standards for the service team
• Manage financial activities, including cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll
• Ensure all guests receive a warm, responsive, and friendly service at all times

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience
• 3+ years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry
• Strong beverage knowledge and experience are required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to relay information efficiently
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate
