Accounting Manager, CPA Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance preferred
  • CPA license required
  • Accounting software and Excel proficiency required
  • Minimum 7 years Controller experience
  • Oversee accounting staff to ensure operation is within legal and compliance guidelines
  • Oversee the annual operating, capital, program budgets, capital expenditures and initiatives and report regularly to the CEO
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements related to all accounting and payroll systems as necessary
