Equipment Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• 5+ Years experience with restaurant equipment (Bakery units, coolers, etc)
• Trade school certification or experience and training equivalent
• Refrigeration Certification a MUST
• Experience with reading blueprints, electrical wiring, plumbing, and schematics
• Valid Driver's License

Equipment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Ensures all food service equipment is repaired and working
• Maintain a schedule for monthly/quarterly/yearly maintenance and cleaning
• Ensure all thermostats are calibrated, controls in working order
• Remove/Install equipment as necessary including wiring, connect motors, compressors, and controls
• Complete work orders in a timely fashion
• Timely response to emergency on call repairs
