We are currently looking for an Executive Pastry Chef with extensive pastry experience!

Executive Pastry Chef Responsibilities:

• Oversee pastry dept including meeting deadline, meet with clients, and oversee production
• Manage, develop and mentor a team of 15
• Responsible for scheduling, inventory, production, etc
• Ensuring protocols, recipes, etc are being followed

Executive Pastry Chef Requirements:

• Must have 10+ yrs of pastry experience, including high-volume production
• Strong leadership skills including problem-solving, organization, team building
• Presentation skills: be able to communicate with clients and presentation of desserts
• Strong mindset: be able to bring team together
