Job Summary
Fine Dining Restaurant is looking to hire an experienced Sous Chef. This position will require a high level of knowledge and technical culinary skills.
Sous Chef Benefits and Responsibilities

- Ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently with high-quality standards.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
- Ensure costs are managed /Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
- Follow all food safety standards /Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and guests.
Sous Chef Qualifications
- Understanding of various cooking techniques, utilizing fresh ingredients in a made-from-scratch environment.
- High-Quality record of kitchen and staff management
- Experience in knowledge handling quality proteins, fresh fish, poultry, and beef.
- Working knowledge of restaurant POS systems and Microsoft suite products.
- Degree in Culinary preferred, but not required
